There are now three new ponds at the wildlife site, following HLS funding and help from volunteers. We are delighted to have these extra wildlife ponds which are establishing quickly. It shouldn't take long for the frogs, toads and newts to move in and the ponds will provide breeding space for dragonflies too. These ponds have different depths to provide habitat for varied plants and species. We hope visitors will enjoy seeing the new ponds. The nature trail display shelter, wildlife hide and waymarkers will also be in place for the start of this year's open season (start of May) so do visit us to explore the site!
